The transport of your parcel

Each creation is made from the time that you order it. The parcels are generally sent within the week following the payment of the order. The standard mode of sending is the Colissimo follow-up, delivered without a signature. From the moment of the parcel's sending, you are notified by email of the number of the follow-up. This one is also available on your online account, as many other useful information.

 

The packaging, manutention and postal charges are included in the postage, they also are clearly indicated when filling your basket, and may be updated when you add one or more items. We advise you to group your purchases in one unique order, because the postage fees are proportional. We cannot group two distinct orders together; you would have to pay each postage fees for each order.

 

Your parcel is sent at your own risks. A particular attention is given to every oversized and protected parcels.

In case of return, you have to make the request with a mail or an email by stating clearly the reason of this request. Any parcel returned without our approval will be refused. For further information, please read attentively the general terms of sale.
